To ensure the reliability of dispensing applications, it is essential to regularly clean the nozzles. The uncleaned dispensing needles can lead to misalignments and fluctuations in adhesive quantities. The cleaning of dispensing needles is therefore of great importance.

The removal of adhesive from the nozzles can be done manually in an ultrasonic bentch top . We recommend ZESTRON® ES 200  for ultrasonic systems, which will effectively clean even stubborn residues from dispensing needles

Alternatively for manual cleaning the aerosol-based product, ZESTRON® HC is fitted with a removable spraying adapter, which allows for accurate and convenient cleaning including difficult to access areas. Both cleaning agents are an ideal replacement for IPA.
