Surface analysis

At ZESTRON’s Analytical Centers you have a large selection of different test methods to detect the surface cleanliness of your assemblies:

• Cleanliness verification and/or contamination verification (e.g. ionic contamination measurement)
• Cleanliness qualification before wire bonding and conformal coating processes
