Cleaning tests
ZESTRON offers its customers free-of-charge cleaning trials prior to the process implementation to support you with your overall process selection.
As part of ZESTRON’s services, you can take advantage of one of our Global Techical Centers through our free-of-charge cleaning trials. The surface cleanliness of your assemblies will be determined after the cleaning trials at our ZESTRON Analytical Center.
Additionally, you will receive a detailed technical report with process recommendations for your cleaning process.

Process development
Based on the conducted cleaning trials, ZESTRON will compile a performance envelope including detailed  process recommendation.  We gladly help you to obtain all required quotations  and guide you to the final process implementation. Apart from the free-of-charge cleaning trials and the definition of the performance envelope, ZESTRON also offers an extensive after sales services.
We will be happy to prepare a quotation for your process development.
