Maintenance Cleaning

Process reliability is of crucial importance, even for maintenance cleaning applications.

The cleaning and maintenance of manufacturing equipment oftentimes includes reflow and wave solder ovens, solder pallets, condensation traps, as well as dispensing needles.

Commonly found residues consist of burnt in fluxes on solder pallets or condensed in reflow ovens and have to be removed.

Most commonly used IPA has become a recognized safety hazard.  Its cleaning ability is limited and the odor unpleasant.

For each respective application ZESTRON offers either an MPC® Technology based or an aqueous alkaline-based cleaning solution.
