Adhesives are well known to cure rapidly and dispensing with contaminated needles will negatively impact not only the shape but also the amount of the deposit.  For ultrasonic assisted dispensing needle cleaning, ZESTRON recommends the use of ZESTRON® ES 200 in ultrasonic system bench tops.

Alternatively for manual applications the aerosol based product, ZESTRON® HC is highly recommended.  It features a removable dispensing adapter, which allows for accurate and convenient cleaning agent delivery to the interior of the needles.

Both products are industry leading and safe alternatives to IPA.
