Stencils are oftentimes cleaned automatically in printers as well as in stand alone, automated stencil cleaning processes.  To achieve most satisfactory cleaning results, ZESTRON offers two alternative product technologies. On one hand, MPC® Technology based products such as VIGON® SC 200, which has become to be the industry standard.  On the other hand, solvent-based products such as ZESTRON® SD 301, which are capable of cleaning adhesives as well as misprinted boards.

For off line automated stencil cleaning applications we can recommend to the user spray-in-air or ultrasonic processes.  Both cleaning agent technologies can also be used for manual stencil cleaning applications.
