Process Descaling

Scale build-up occurs in PCB cleaners using hard water mainly consisting of magnesium, calcium and certain other metal cations.  If left intact, lime scale impairs the equipment’s performance in several ways including:

• Reduced heater efficiency
• Excessive pressure drop in pipes
• Clogged nozzles
