ZESTRON Expands its Technical Support Team in North Asia

Manassas, VA – July 20, 2010 – As part of the company’s “Global Link” initiative which was announced in the beginning of 2010, ZESTRON, the worldwide leading provider of high precision cleaning products and services for the electronics manufacturing industry, has recently expanded its technical support team in North Asia.

The goal of ZESTRON’s “Global Link” initiative has been to create a borderless environment, enabling customers to get faster and more effective assistance with their precision cleaning challenges.  “Since its inauguration in 2005, the North Asian division of ZESTRON in Shanghai, China, has been rapidly developing the company’s customer base in that region,” says Dr. Harald Wack, President, ZESTRON worldwide.  “To ensure continuous world class technical support for our customers, we have recently added Jerry Ji and Martin Wen to our highly qualified North Asian engineering team.”

Both Technical Support Engineers join ZESTRON with more than 7 years of process experience in the SMT & Semiconductor industries.  In the future, Ji located at the company’s North Asian Support Center in Shanghai and Wen working at the Shenzhen office will further strengthen the regional network of distributors and provide local technical support to the customers in the region.
