MPC® Cleaning Agents

"Micro Phase Cleaning" (MPC®) is an innovative water-based cleaning technology developed and patented by ZESTRON. MPC® Technology's cleaning properties allow a wide application range and power the complete removal of all contaminants in the metal working industry. The two conventional cleaning technologies - solvent and surfactant - are characterized by their advantages:

  • Wide process window
  • Free of surfactants
  • Removes oil (organic based contaminants)
  • Non-flammable
  • Removes salts, grinding and polishing paste (inorganic based residues)

Solvent-based Cleaning Agents

All solvent-based cleaning agents are unique, halogen-free, modified alcohol-based agents. All cleaning agents from ZESTRON can be used in a closed loop process and have the following advantages:

  • Very high surface tension > 50 mN/m
  • Applicable in all cleaning machines as: spray-in-air, ultrasonic, spray-under-immersion, single-chamber- or multi-chamber-systems
  • High bath loading capacity
  • Extremely long life times and high efficiency
