Your Benefits ZESTRON® EYE MOBILE

The ZESTRON® EYE Mobile is the mobile version of the ZESTRON® EYE for digital concentration measurement of cleaning processes. Since, unlike the ZESTRON® EYE, it is not permanently installed in a cleaning system, it is the ideal method for monitoring the concentration of multiple assemblies and stencil cleaning systems with just one device.

• Independent, mobile measurements with long battery life
  The device is mobile and can therefore be used for concentration measurement in various machines
• Fast and precise concentration measurement
  Precise concentration measurement and parameter monitoring both with fresh and loaded cleaning bath by unique, acoustic measuring method. The device is capable of recommending the appropriate cleaning agent or DI-water addition to obtaining optimum concentration within the wash tank.
• Up to 10 different cleaning machines
  Can be used for up to 10 different cleaning systems and cleaning agents. Configurable measuring points make it possible to set measuring profiles with the individual process parameters and thus map different cleaning processes.
• Intuitive menu navigation
  The device guides the user easily and quickly to the precise measurement result, without the need for measurement technology knowledge.
• Recording of measurement data and documentation
  To ensure process control and traceability, the ZESTRON® EYE Mobile offers complete documentation and storage of the measurement results, which can be exported via USB interface. A USB interface is available for data export.
