ATRON product group are formulated by ZESTRON with the Fast Acting Surfactant Technology (FAST®).

FAST® technology enables the cleaner to remove residues of lead-containing and lead-free NoClean solder pastes effectively and quickly due to its significantly better surface wetting traits. FAST® technology thus guarantees excellent cleaning performance, especially in spraying processes.

Due to the special formulation, FAST® surfactant cleaners require much shorter contact times and fewer active cleaning components to remove more residues compared to conventional surfactants, which then ensures a longer bath life resulting in reduced process and maintenance costs.

VIGON product group carries water-based cleaning technology named the Micro Phase Cleaning (MPC®) developed by ZESTRON.  MPC® products are formulated with a special feature that combines the advantages of traditional solvents and surfactant cleaners, but without accepting their disadvantages.

Cleaners for the electronics cleaning & power electronics sector as well as MRO cleaners are based on MPC technology.

Aspects of this technology are internationally protected by patents.

All MPC® cleaning media carries a characteristic of high broadband capability. Due to the combination of polar and non-polar components, wide varieties of organic and inorganic contaminants can be cleaned off.

The HYDRON® technology developed by ZESTRON enables the complete removal of any contamination from the various surfaces with its water-based, single-phase cleaning media. HYDRON® products are recommended for various cleaning applications, such as flux removal from assemblies, power electronics, packages and wafers or for stencil cleaning.

product group: zestron ZESTRON Modern Solvents

ZESTRON's solvent cleaners are modern systems formulated with modified alcohols.  Compared to simple alcohols such as IPA or acetone, they provide significantly improved cleaning performance and higher bath loading capacity resulting in a more economical option yet high effectiveness in removal of flux, solder paste, and SMT adhesives from electronic assemblies, ceramic substrates, power modules, leadframes, stencils, and screens.

Additionally, ZESTRON's solvent cleaners have a higher flash point, which ensures safer usage in machine applications. All ZESTRON cleaners are free of halogenated compounds, which makes them particularly environmentally friendly compared to halogenated alcohols such as 141B or trichloroethylene.

ZESTRON solvents can be used in in both water-free and semi-aqueous cleaning processes. They are formulated to be completely surfactant-free, which makes the media very easy to rinse.
