Aqueous-alkaline surfactant cleaner, specifically developed to remove baked-on fluxes from solder pallets and condensation traps from reflow or wave solder systems. The cleaning agent can also be used for the removal of unsoldered solder pastes from SMT stencils and is suitable for air assisted, ultrasonic and spray-in-air cleaning equipment.

• Simple, easy-to-use handling & very good cleaning performance
  Simple, easy-to-use handling. The product is also suitable for cleaning conveyor fingers or the manual removal of extremely baked-on flux residues in solder ovens and similar applications. For particularly persistent flux residues in reflow ovens, it can also be used in concentrated form in the 1l bottle with spray insert for manual cleaning.
• Good material compatibility
  Excellent compatibility with aluminum, brass and epoxy surfaces.
• Cost reduction due to increased bath life
  The product has a 3 to 10 times longer bath life than traditional surfactant cleaners. The reduced number of bath changes results in a lower volume of cleaning agent disposal. Thereby, process costs are reduced. This was proven by several customer cases.
• No defoamer additive, no build-up of organics
  Usually, no defoamer additive is necessary for the cleaner. Furthermore, there is no build-up of organics in the rinsing section.
• Manual concentration measurement
  The ZESTRON® Easy Bath Control Kit can be used as a manual measuring method for a quick and easy check of the cleaning agent concentration.
