Innovative defluxing product with a revolutionary pH neutral formulation. Its excellent cleaning performance and ability to remove a wide range of flux residues from electronic assemblies under pH neutral conditions is unprecedented. The cleaning agent was developed for spray-in-air inline and batch cleaning applications but can also be used in dip tank processes.

• Excellent material compatibility
  Due to the neutral pH value, the cleaning agent demonstrates an unprecedented level of material compatibility on sensitive materials such as aluminum, brass or nickel, plastics, labels and inks.
• Suitable for low-standoffs
  Good results underneath low standoff components.
• Increased wire bonding/molding quality
  Can be used for cleaning power electronis and flip chip packages. Creates optimal surface properties for subsequent wire bonding/molding processes, especially for power modules, leadframe-based discrete components and Power LEDs.
• Concentration measurement - manual & automatic
  The cleaning agent can be measured automatically and digitally in real time with the ZESTRON® EYE. The ZESTRON® Bath Analyzer 20 can be used as a manual measuring method for a quick and easy check of the cleaning agent concentration.
