Innovative defluxing product with a revolutionary pH neutral formulation. Its excellent cleaning performance and ability to remove a wide range of flux residues from electronic assemblies under pH neutral conditions is unprecedented. The cleaning agent was developed for spray-in-air inline and batch cleaning applications but can also be used in dip tank processes.

• Very good material compatability
  Thanks to its pH-neutral formulation, the cleaner shows very good material compatibility with a wide variety of materials, such as aluminum, brass or nickel, polymers, barcode labels or inks.
• Suitable for low-standoff materials
  Achieves good cleaning results under components with low standoff
• Increased wire bond/mold quality
  Can also be used for power electronics & FlipChip packages. Produces optimal surface properties for subsequent wire bonding and molding, especially for power modules, leadframe-based discrete devices and power LEDs.
• Concentration measurement - manual & automatic
  Can be measured automatically and digitally in real time with the ZESTRON EYE. The ZESTRON Bath Analyzer 20 is available as a manual measurement method for quick and easy checking of the cleaner concentration.
