The water-based MPC® cleaning medium removes all types of flux residues from electronic assemblies, ceramic hybrids, power modules and lead frames. It was specifically developed for the use in high and medium pressure spray equipment such as inline or batch machines, but it can also be used in dip tank processes.

• Optimal preparation for subsequent processes
  The cleaning agent ensures highest cleanliness levels for subsequent wire bonding and coating steps and is suitable for low standoffs.
• Residue-free cleaning
  Surfactant-free formulation and excellent rinseability; does not leave any residues on the surface and enables therefore lowest ionic contamination on cleaned substrates.
• Long bath life, low costs
  Can easily be filtered and therefore provides an extended bath life and reduces cleaning agent costs.
• No flash point, foam-free and low odor
  The cleaning agent has no flash point and thus can be applied in all spray-in-air equipment without explosion proof. It does not foam, even in high pressure applications. The formulation is free of halogenated compounds and has a low odor.
• Concentration measurement - manual & automatic
  The cleaning agent can be measured automatically and digitally in real time with the ZESTRON® EYE. The ZESTRON® Bath Analyzer 10 can be used as a manual measuring method for a quick and easy check of the cleaning agent concentration.
• Cleaning agent regeneration
  During the use of VIGON® A 200, the ZESTRON® adsorber HM1 can remove heavy metals from the cleaning bath.
