Water-based, pH-neutral MPC® cleaning agent specifically developed for defluxing PCBAs. The cleaning agent is optimized for the use in specific spray-in-air batch machines and is suitable for selected dip tank processes. It provides excellent cleaning performance on the latest solder pastes and fluxes, including those that are generally hard to remove, and provides a very good material compatibility with sensitive metals.

  The cleaning agent has a very good processability and ensures stable concentrations between tank and chamber of spray-in-air batch machines.
• Optimal cleaning performance
  Excellent cleaning results, even on specific solder pastes that are hard to remove.
• Very good rinsability
  Can be easily rinsed off with DI-water, allowing to reduce the number of rinse cycles.
• Excellent material compatibility
  Due to its pH-neutral formulation, the cleaning agent provides a very good material compatibility with sensitive metals.
• Concentration measurement - manual & automatic
  The cleaning agent can be measured automatically and digitally in real time with the ZESTRON® EYE. The ZESTRON® Bath Analyzer 20 can be used as a manual measuring method for a quick and easy check of the cleaning agent concentration.
