Your Benefits ZESTRON® SD 100

Solvent-based cleaning agent developed to remove solder paste from SMT stencils in spray-in-air equipment. Depending on the type of fluxes, misprinted assemblies can also be cleaned with ZESTRON® SD 100. The product is furthermore recommended for stencil underside wiping in printers or manual stencil cleaning.

Long bath life, low costs
The cleaner is characterised by its high bath loading capability and a long bath life as well as low maintenance costs.
Short process times
The product facilitates short process times due to superior drying characteristics. It is used at ambient temperature and is low in odor.
Approved by leading international manufacturers
The cleaning agent has been approved by leading international manufacturers for the use in their stencil printers. Written approvals can be obtained.
