Water-based cleaning agent developed to remove baked-on fluxes from solder pallets and condensation traps. It is specially designed for spray-in-air cleaning processes

• No foaming
  The cleaning agent is very stable against foaming, even with high flux content.
• Very good material compatibility
  Excellent compatibility with solder pallets, condensation traps and equipment parts (i.e. made of PVC).
• No flash point
  The product has no flash point and therefore no explosion-proof protection is required.
• No build-up of organics
  No build-up of organics in the rinsing section. Moreover, the product is low in odor.
• Long bath life, low costs
  The product can easily be filtered and therefore provides 3 to 10 times longer bath life than traditional surfactant cleaners. This results in a lower volume of used cleaner reducing overall cleaning agent costs.
• Manual concentration measurement
  The ZESTRON® Easy Bath Control Kit can be used as a manual measuring method for a quick and easy check of the cleaning agent concentration.
