Sintering and molding processes are part of today’s power module production. The connections of the substrates and materials have to be reliable over the entire lifetime. If mold delamination occurs, it can cause several problems. In this study, the surfaces of single- and double-sided modules were investigated after sintering. To improve the surface conditions, various cleaning solutions were tested.
