The HM 1 Adsorber is a high performance adsorber designed for the removal of heavy metal ions from cleaning baths. It is a standard 20 L stainless steel cartridge filled with a special adsorbent medium and thus able to reliably adsorb copper, tin, lead, iron, zinc, nickel, antimony or bismuth. The HM1 adsober can be integrated into the cleaning circuit of the cleaning machine, usually in a bypass circuit.

• No recontamination of heavy metals
  Due to the constant adsorption of heavy metals, such as copper, lead and tin, negative effects as recontamination on less noble metals and components or the formation of galvanic elements can be prevented.
• Fulfilment of legal waste water regulations
  Fulfills legal wastewater regulations regarding heavy metals in the disposal of the rinse bath.
• Extended bath life & higher process reliability
  The use of the adsorber increases process reliability due to the lower heavy metal loading, enables a longer bath life and stable cleaning processes.
• Uncomplicated exchange principle
