Water-based cleaning agent designed for the reliable removal of solder pastes and SMT adhesives from stencils. Based on the MPC® technology, this medium was also developed to clean double-sided misprints, with one side already soldered. The cleaning agent is recommended to be used in spray-in-air and ultrasonic cleaning systems.

• Flux removal of misprinted, already soldered boards
  Due to its slightly alkaline formulation, the cleaner is able to reliably remove not only the misprinted solder paste on one side of the board, but also the flux residues on the already soldered side of the board.
• Long bath life, low costs
  The cleaner is characterised by its high bath loading capability, very good filterability and therefore a long bath life as well as low maintenance costs.
• No flash point
  It is a water-based cleaner without flash point, therefore, no explosion-proof protection is required.
• No foaming and low odor
  No foaming when used in spray-in-air systems. The formulation is also low-odour.
• Concentration measurement - manual & automatic
  The cleaning agent can be measured automatically and digitally in real time with the ZESTRON EYE. The ZESTRON Bath Analyzer 20 can be used as a manual measuring method for a quick and easy check of the cleaning agent concentration.
