The FAST® Technology-based cleaning agent for electronic assemblies is specifically designed to operate at low concentration levels. The product was developed to improve the cleaning performance and bath life of conventional surfactant-based cleaners and is particularly gentle on sensitive metals. The cleaner can be used in processes with high as well as medium spray pressure in inline and batch cleaning systems.

• High material compatibility with sensitive metals
  Due to its mild formulation and the low operating concentration, the cleaning agent demonstrates a superior level of material compatibility with sensitive metals such as aluminum, brass, nickel, etc. and leaves solder joints and pads shiny and bright.
• Excellent cleaning performance
  It has an excellent cleaning performance, even at low concentrations and temperatures. In addition, it allows for a quicker removal of a wide variety of the latest lead-free and eutectic flux residues.
• Optimal preparation for subsequent processes
  The cleaner ensures reduced void rates during underfill by removing all tacky fluxes from Flip Chips. Due to its excellent flux removal, it achieves an increased wire bonding quality for power modules.
• Longer bath life, low VOC content
  Longer bath life than conventional surfactant-based cleaners and extremely low VOC levels.
• Concentration measurement - manual & automatic
  The cleaning agent can be measured automatically and digitally in real time with the ZESTRON® EYE. The ZESTRON® Bath Analyzer 10 can be used as a manual measuring method for a quick and easy check of the cleaning agent concentration.
