Water-based, alkaline MPC® cleaning agent which reliably removes flux residues from Power Electronics and PCBAs, specifically under low-standoff components. The cleaning agent exhibits excellent performance on strongly oxidized and stained copper surfaces. The product is specifically developed for the use in spray-in-air equipment.

• Excellent copper deoxidation
  The cleaning agent exhibits excellent performance on strongly oxidized and stained copper surfaces. It provides stain-free, activated copper surfaces for subsequent wire bonding, moulding or adhesive bonding. Moreover, it retains activated copper surfaces over an extended period of time without risk of reoxidation.
• Optimal material compatibility
  The cleaning agent has an excellent material compatibility, specifically with dies, leaving the passivation intact.
• Very good rinsability, no flash point
  The product is formulated for effective rinsing and shows no foaming. It has no flash point and is thus applicable in all spray-in-air equipment without explosion proof.
• Concentration measurement - manual & automatic
  The cleaning agent can be measured automatically and digitally in real time with the ZESTRON® EYE. The ZESTRON® Bath Analyzer 10 can be used as a manual measuring method for a quick and easy check of the cleaning agent concentration.
• Cleaning agent regeneration
  During the use of VIGON® PE 190A, the ZESTRON® adsorber HM1 can remove heavy metals from the cleaning bath.
