Water-based, mild alkaline cleaning agent specifically developed for the use in dip tank equipment. Based on the MPC®-Technology, it reliably removes flux residues from Power Electronics and PCBAs. The cleaning agent provides an optimal combination of very good material compatibility with sensitive metals and Cu deoxidation within a short time.

• Optimum copper surfaces for subsequent processes
  The cleaning agent provides stain-free, activated copper surfaces and therefore optimal conditions for subsequent processes such as wire bonding, moulding or adhesive bonding.
• Excellent material compatibility
  Very good material compatibility due to mild alkaline formulation, specifically with dies and sensitive metals.
• Very good rinsability, no flash point
  The cleaning agent is formulated for effective rinsing and suitable for dip tank processes. It has no flash point.
• Concentration measurement - manual & automatic
  The cleaning agent can be measured automatically and digitally in real time with the ZESTRON® EYE. The ZESTRON® Bath Analyzer 20 can be used as a manual measuring method for a quick and easy check of the cleaning agent concentration.
